Ms. Cincone's practice focuses on commercial and appellate litigation, with an emphasis on trademark counseling and litigation. She has experience with cases involving securities fraud, retail distribution, accountants' liability, and class action pro bono matters.
Prior to joining Townsend, Ms. Cincone was an affiliate counsel at Legal Strategies Group, an Emeryville, Calif.-based litigation boutique. She clerked for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (1987-1988).
