Mr. Daley's practice focuses on providing IP counsel within the electronics, software and mechanical arts fields.
Prior to joining Townsend, Mr. Daley was a founding member of Leyendecker Lemire & Daley, LLC, where he offered intellectual property and business related legal services to entrepreneurs, inventors and small businesses.
Mr. Daley also worked as an associate in the Denver office of an intellectual property law firm, where he handled all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution for a variety of clients including industry leaders in the electrical and software arts. Prior to entering the field of law, he worked as an electrical technician and process control computer programmer for West Virginia-based Wheeling-Nisshin Inc.
