Mr. Dodson’s practice focuses on patent prosecution and counseling in the electronic and software arts. His legal expertise includes US, PCT, and foreign filings, response to office actions, and appeal briefs. He also has experience working on infringement opinions and patent licensing negotiations.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Dodson was a computer systems engineer with Australian Optical Fiber Research in Canberra, Australia. He was a telecommunications infrastructure consultant for Computer Sciences Corporation. Additionally, Mr. Dodson was Co-Founder and Director of Development for moBop, LLC, a wireless infrastructure services provider.
