Mr. Farnham's practice focuses on commercial and intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on trademark protection, trade secret, and antitrust disputes. He has experience in representation in officer and director liability actions, insurance coverage disputes, products liability litigation, and partnership disputes, as well as state and federal appellate practice.
Prior to joining Townsend, Mr. Farnham was an affiliate counsel at Legal Strategies Group, an Emeryville, Calif.-based litigation boutique. From 1990 until 1995, Mr. Farnham was a partner at Jackson, Tufts, Cole & Black, and practiced in both the firm's San Francisco and San Jose offices. He served as law clerk to the Honorable Harold H. Greene in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia (1983-1984).
