David has been a senior professional in the London discretionary Portfolio Management team since joining Townsend in 2018.​

David has worked both as a direct and indirect investor in listed and unlisted real estate markets, and in Europe, Asia, and the United States. Has global perspective was developed in prior roles with CBRE Capital Advisors, Macquarie Bank, and with a Japanese fund manager in Tokyo.​

Mr. Dix holds a BA from Cambridge University (U.K.) and a BA Sydney University (Australia).
