Aaron participates in a team that develops, deploys, and maintains enterprise-level self-service Business Intelligence reports and programs using Microsoft PowerBI.  In addition, Aaron assists in data analytics and research for the open-end core fund underwriting team in the U.S.

Since joining in 2020, he was previously part of the client administration team for the firm’s discretionary segregated account practice, representing over 25 clients and more than $12 billion in real asset exposure.

Prior to Townsend, Mr. Kolenda was an accountant at Corporate Living, a company in the corporate housing industry.  He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Franklin University.
