Annika joined Townsend in 2025 and currently serves as an Analyst within the Portfolio Management Team in London. ​

Prior to joining Townsend, she worked as an Analyst at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan’s real estate subsidiary, Cadillac Fairview, in Toronto. Annika holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and a Master’s in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School, formerly known as Cass in London.
