Brian joined Townsend in 2007 as Controller and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2015. Brian oversees the firm’s financial strategy, reporting, and manages the administration of equity awards. ​

Prior to Townsend, Brian served as Controller at WR Hambrecht + Co. Earlier in his career, he was an Audit Manager at Grant Thornton LLP, specializing in financial services and software industries.
