Charlie serves as an Associate General Counsel and is a member of the legal department at Townsend. ​

Prior to Townsend, Charlie served as general counsel of Courtland Partners, Ltd., was an associate at Linklaters based in Prague and served as general counsel to an IFC and Creditanstalt of Austria sponsored private equity fund that provided seed capital to telecom operating companies across Central Europe. ​

Charlie received a JD from Case Western Reserve Law School and a BA in Economics from Wittenberg University.
