Daniel leads the firm’s US core open-end commingled fund underwriting. He is responsible for providing investment guidance and portfolio analysis to the firm. He also assists the Global Macro Strategy Committee.​

Prior to joining Townsend Group in 2014, Daniel worked for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, where he participated in the acquisition and syndication of low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) investments nationwide.​

Daniel received his BA from Miami University and completed post-baccalaureate coursework at Cleveland State University. Daniel was inducted into The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) in 2022.
