Since joining in 2018, Dan has been a member of the North America non-core fund underwriting team. ​

Dan brings expertise in due diligence across U.S. based and global non-core real estate equity and debt funds and works closely with both discretionary and advisory client teams. ​

Prior to Townsend, Dan worked at Parkwood LLC and at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio.
