Since joining in 1997, Denise has had the benefit of helping the firm grow from a Cleveland-based startup consultant to its current position as a global investment manager. As Global Head of Human Resources, she is focused on improving its recruiting and retention strategy through optimizing Townsend’s culture and market position as an employer of choice for world-class investment talent. ​

Denise is responsible for leading human resources activities for the firm globally, supporting offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Seoul. ​

Personally, Denise serves as a Board Member of an addiction treatment center in Cleveland, Ohio.
