D’metrius Grier joined Townsend Group in 2022 and currently serves as an Investment Analyst within the advisory team.

Immediately preceding his role with Townsend Group, D’metrius maintained a book of business as a Mortgage Loan Originator for Rocket Mortgage.

D’metrius graduated with a MSM and BS in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management of Case Western Reserve University. Additionally, D’metrius earned a Real Estate Investing & Analysis Certificate from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
