Emma Pew joined Townsend in 2024 as a Human Resources Generalist.

Since joining, Emma is responsible for benefits administration, payroll, recruitment and onboarding, and assists with policy development, employee relations and the performance and compensation cycle.

Prior to Townsend, Emma worked in Human Resources at INEOS in Ashtabula, OH and at Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc, in Medina, OH.. She holds a BA in Human Resources Management from The University of Mount Union and is a SHRM Certified Professional since 2021.
