Federico joined Townsend Group in 2022 and currently serves as an investment Associate in Cleveland with the fund underwriting team, covering U.S. non-core real estate funds.

Prior to joining Townsend Group, Federico worked at Compass Group as a PWM Investment Analyst, where he co-managed discretionary portfolios for Chilean clients and served as an Investment Strategy Analyst, conducting top-down research analysis with a focus on fixed income.

Federico graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Universidad de Chile and received his MBA from Georgetown University.
