Gordon is a Principal within the Asia Pacific Fund Underwriting team based in Hong Kong. He is responsible for leading the investment research, due diligence and underwriting of core and non-core real estate funds in the region. ​

Prior to joining Townsend in 2020, Gordon worked for Invesco Real Estate as an Associate Director focused on direct property acquisitions, underwriting, portfolio management as well as an Asia Pacific Research Strategist covering core and non-core strategies. ​

Gordon earned an MSc in Investment Management from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and holds a BA in Economics from Pomona College in Claremont, California.
