Hamza Muhammad joined Townsend in 2025 and currently serves as an Analyst within Townsend’s Special Situations Group. Mr. Muhammad focuses on co-investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations, fund secondaries, and asset management.

Prior to joining Townsend, Mr. Muhammad served as a Portfolio Advisor for the U.S. Air Force Housing team in the Public Institutions arm at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).

Mr. Muhammad holds a BBA in Quantitative Finance with a certificate in Wealth Management from the University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, he completed a certificate in Real Estate Investments from Cornell University.
