Jake joined Townsend in 2024 and serves as an investment Analyst within the advisory team. Jake is responsible for analysis in real estate and real asset investment advisement for a diverse group of clients and helps support the infrastructure underwriting team.

Prior to joining Townsend Group, Jake interned for HP Investors as an analyst.

Jake attended Santa Clara University where he holds an MS in Finance and Analytics and graduated cum laude with a BS in Finance and Real Estate.
