Jake is the Portfolio Manager for the firm’s real estate secondaries strategy, Townsend Real Estate Capital Solutions, which focuses on LP and GP-led secondaries, recapitalizations, and entity investments. ​

He also leads currency hedging activity and assists with business development across the firm’s commingled fund and SMA offerings. ​

Prior to Townsend, Jake worked as an auditor at PwC in the real estate industry. He holds a BSBA and MBA from John Carroll University’s Boler School of Business. He is a CFA® charterholder.
