Jay joined the firm in 1994. Over more than three decades, he has shaped and overseen the firm’s investment activities across open-end vehicles, property-level strategies, global co-investments, and secondary opportunities. His experience spans the full spectrum of portfolio construction, underwriting, and strategic capital deployment across global real estate markets.​​

Jay serves as Chair of the Investment Committees, guiding firmwide investment direction and risk oversight, and is a member of the Global Macro Committee, contributing to the firm’s top-down market views and strategic positioning.​​

He is a CFA charter holder and earned an MBA from The Ohio State University and a BSBA from Miami University.​
