Joe manages discretionary client portfolios representing over $3 billion in real estate and infrastructure allocation. ​

Since joining in 2012, he has been involved in all aspects of portfolio management, including strategic and investment planning, investment due diligence and execution, and performance reporting. ​

Prior to Townsend, Joe held roles in risk management and corporate finance at a large insurance and financial services company. Joe holds an MS in Finance from Indiana University and a BS in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University.
