John is a Vice President within the Asia Pacific Fund Underwriting team based in Hong Kong. He is responsible for investment research, due diligence and underwriting of core and non-core real estate funds in the region.

Prior to joining Townsend in 2026, John was with Value Partners Group, where he focused on the evaluation, execution and portfolio management of global real estate investments across both equity and debt. John began his career in the Investment Banking Division at DBS.

John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Global Management from the University of Hong Kong. John is a CFA® charterholder.
