Joice joined Townsend in 2026 as a Fund Accountant.

Prior to joining Townsend, she was a Staff Accountant at Novogradac & Company LLP, where she worked on tax and audit engagements for partnerships utilizing federal tax credit programs including  Historical Tax Credit (HTC), Renewable Energy Tax Credit (RETC), and New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC).

Ms. Riad earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Cleveland State University.
