Ketan joined Townsend in 2026 and currently serves as an Analyst in the Cleveland office with the fund underwriting team, covering U.S. non-core real estate funds.

Prior to joining Townsend, Ketan interned at PNC Financial Group as an Analyst on the institutional and private bank asset management teams.

Ketan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kent State University where he earned a BBA in Finance.
