Kevin leads coverage of Townsend’s global agriculture and timberland investment strategies, overseeing investment research, due diligence, and underwriting. ​

Since joining in 2008, he has evaluated global strategies representing more than $15 billion in commitments and over $3 billion of investor capital placed across. ​

Prior to Townsend, he was a real estate banking officer at National City Bank. He holds a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University.
