Since joining Townsend in 2014, Kristen has overseen corporate accounting and financial reporting requirements for all global locations. She ensures operational excellence while maintaining strong financial controls throughout organizational changes.

Prior to Townsend, Kristen served as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP, focusing on the commercial real estate industry.

Kristen is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA. She holds an MBA from John Carroll University and a BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.
