Lara joined Townsend in 2026 and currently serves as an Assistant within the Marketing team. In this role, she provides support for corporate marketing initiatives and sales enablement efforts across the firm.

Prior to Townsend, Lara served as an Administrative Assistant at Newmark, where she executed marketing efforts within the brokerage, contributed to internal communications and managed multiple research projects.

Lara graduated from Kent State University with a BA in Communications in 2020.
