Lauren Conrad is a Certified Public Accountant with expertise in financial operations and strategic process improvement. She manages large-scale initiatives within Fund Operations, including implementing accounting software and CRM systems, overseeing fund audits, and maintaining investor relations.

Prior to Townsend, Lauren worked as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. She holds a BBA in Accounting with a minor in International Business from Kent State University.
