Nick is a Managing Director of Townsend Group based in the London office where he focuses on advisory clients. Nick is also a member of Townsend’s Advisory Investment Committee and ESG team. ​

Nick has over 35 years experience of real estate as an asset class and, along with infrastructure and other real asset types, he advises clients on both international and domestic deployments of capital, on both the debt and equity side. ​

Prior to Townsend, Nick worked at Aon and earlier in his career, Jones Lang LaSalle and LaSalle Investment Management. Nick is a chartered surveyor and has a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management from Kingston upon Thames University.
