Nick is a Senior Analyst within the Asia Pacific Portfolio Management team based in Seoul, Korea. He is responsible for working on various client and portfolio management matters in the region.​

Prior to joining Townsend in 2025, Nick was with Capstone Asset Management, where he worked on evaluating overseas and domestic investment opportunities for Korean institutional investors. Nick started his real estate investment career at Koramco Asset Management. ​

Nick holds a BA in Economics from Seoul National University and is CFA® charter holder.
