Nicky King sits in Townsend’s Special Situations group based in London. ​

Since joining Townsend in 2019 she has been dedicated to executing the firm’s secondary investment and direct real estate strategies in Europe. She is responsible for deploying the firm’s discretionary capital via LP and GP-led secondaries, recapitalizations, joint ventures and platform investments. ​

Prior to Townsend Nicky worked in CBRE’s Corporate Finance division for seven years. Nicky has a Bachelor’s degree with honours in Modern Languages from The University of Nottingham and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from The University of Reading.
