Since joining in 2022, Nima has worked on underwriting assignments for a broad spectrum of real assets, including real estate, infrastructure, agriculture, and timberland.

Nima is part of a relationship management team to an advisory client of the firm whose real estate allocation exceeds $1 billion.

Prior to Townsend, Nima worked at Roofstock and RCLCO Fund Advisors. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
