Since joining in 2020, PJ has been responsible for deploying the firm’s discretionary fund and separate account capital through LP and GP-led secondaries, platform and entity investments, recapitalizations, programmatic joint ventures, and co-investments. In addition, PJ also has significant asset management responsibilities.​

Prior to joining Townsend, PJ was a Vice President of Finance at Fairmount Properties, where he focused on acquisitions and asset management of mixed-use lifestyle centers and multifamily assets.
