Sai sits in Townsend’s Special Situations group based in London, deploying the firm’s discretionary capital via LP and GP-led secondaries, platform and entity investments, recapitalizations, programmatic joint ventures, and co-investments.

Prior to joining Townend, Sai worked in the investment team of a UK Property Investment Management firm.

Sai has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree from IESEG School of Management and an MSc in Real Estate Finance from The University of Reading. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
