Seth is responsible for leading Townsend’s Global Advisory Practice. Additionally, Seth is the primary relationship manager for several of the firm’s advisory clients with real asset allocations totaling more than $80 billion.​

His work spans strategic planning, multi-asset portfolio structuring, and manager selection across commingled funds, separate accounts, and co-investments. ​

Prior to Townsend, Seth worked in the Debt Capital Markets group at National City Bank, structuring and arranging syndicated loans. He holds a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University.
