Thomas Bourke is the registered SMF16 Compliance Officer for Townsend Group Europe Limited.. He is responsible for the development of the UK compliance framework and overseeing compliance with UK regulatory requirements.

Mr. Bourke has been working in financial services for over 20 years holding senior compliance roles in a number oforganisations. He joined Townsend Group from Aon where he was the Compliance Director – Investments.

Mr. Bourke is from New Zealand where he obtained his Masters in Business Studies degree from the School of Business at Massey University. He is a current Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and is a Diploma holder. He also holds the IMC and various financial crime qualifications.
