Tina joined Townsend in 2006 and serves as Legal Administrator.  In this role, she works closely with Townsend’s in-house counsel on all legal matters, including corporate governance, coordinating legal reviews, managing fund documentation, and overseeing closings on behalf of Townsend’s discretionary clients.

Prior to joining Townsend, Tina provided legal support at Jones Day and Calfee, Halter & Griswold, focusing on private equity, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.
