Zane leads Townsend’s due diligence of North American non-core real estate funds including equity and credit. This includes manager evaluation on behalf of Townsend’s global advisory and discretionary client base. ​

Since joining in 2014, Zane has developed expertise across real estate strategies with experience in performance evaluation and structuring. ​

Zane received a BS in Finance from Miami University, cum laude. He is a CFA charter holder.
