Zoe joined Townsend in 2026 and currently serves as an Associate within the Portfolio Management team. Her responsibilities include assisting in the portfolio management of clients managed out of the European office.

Prior to joining Townsend, Zoe was an Associate Director at Colliers, where she worked within the EMEA Transaction & Portfolio Management team, advising global corporate real estate occupiers on their real estate strategies and portfolios.

Zoe holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School and a Master of Arts in International Business with Chinese from the University of Edinburgh.
